Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized, custom-made, digital, or perishable products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
